Transforming Healthcare
The culture of healthcare is in transition and there is a genuine opportunity to guide the emerging culture toward a preferred future. The transformation of healthcare requires that health professionals reconnect to their core purpose of promoting healing. Through integrative thinking, collaborative practices and conflict engagement, we can improve patient care, restore work environments and reconnect to meaningful work.
Using the transformative model of “intention, attention, practice and support”, EHCCO provides opportunities for shifting the culture of healthcare through professional development programs, online forums, a central repository of resources, and professional consulting services.
