EHCCO provides online and face-to-face professional development opportunities to enable health professionals and others to advance knowledge, skills and mindsets necessary for effective conflict engagement and collaborative practice. Using a “learner at the center” model, the Learning Lab provides options so you can dip your toe in the water or dive in to the vast content available.
Training programs and online courses are designed to include current theory and practice and evidence-based approaches for addressing conflicts and complexity in busy health care work environments. To the extent possible, programs will provide continuing education credits for licensed professionals.
EHCCO Events are programs offered to support learning, renewal and connection. Each program is designed to integrate intellectual challenge, physical well-being, and spiritual growth- the essence of healing.
Events take the form of workshops, dialogue sessions, think-tanks, training sessions, retreats and salons. All programs are designed using the community of practice model and therefore rely on interactive, engaged participation.
